How to Make It

1. Bring 5½ cups of water to a boil in a large soup pot
2. Whisk in Wildwood Creamy Shiitake Mushroom soup mix
3. Continue whisking until the mixture returns to a boil
4. Boil for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to medium-low
5. Simmer for 35 minutes, or until wild rice is tender, stirring frequently
6. Season to taste
