How to Make It

1. Bring 2 cups chicken broth and 4 cups water to a boil in a 4-quart pot
2. Add soup mix, 1 large diced potato, one 15 oz can petite diced tomatoes, and 1 cup diced ham
3. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low
4. Simmer for 20 minutes
