How to Make It

1. Brown 1 lb ground beef in a large soup pot
2. Add Wildwood Beef Barley soup mix and 8 cups beef broth
3. Bring to a low boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes
4. Add 1 large diced potato (~2 cups) and simmer an additional 20 minutes
5. Season to taste — finish with freshly grated parmesan
