Gluten-Free Brownie Sundae with Coop's Hot Fudge

Gluten-Free Brownie Sundae with Coop's Hot Fudge

Some desserts just hit differently — and this gluten-free brownie sundae is one of them. We're talking rich, fudgy brownies made with Mom's Best Gluten-Free Brownie Mix, topped with a generous pour of Coop's Original Hot Fudge straight from the jar, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream if you're feeling extra. It's the kind of dessert that disappears fast and gets asked for by name. Best of all? No one will guess it's gluten-free.

What You'll Need

From Wisconsin 26 Mercantile

From Your Kitchen

  • Eggs, oil, and water (per brownie mix instructions)
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Flaky sea salt (optional, highly recommended)

Instructions

  1. Bake the brownies. Prepare Mom's Best Gluten-Free Brownie Mix according to package directions. Bake in an 8x8 pan and let cool for at least 15 minutes — or go warm for extra fudginess.
  2. Warm the fudge. Place the jar of Coop's Original Hot Fudge in a bowl of hot water for 5 minutes, or microwave (lid off) in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until pourable.
  3. Build your sundae. Cut a brownie square and place it in a bowl. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
  4. Pour generously. Drizzle warm Coop's hot fudge over the ice cream and brownie — don't be shy.
  5. Finish strong. Top with whipped cream and a pinch of flaky sea salt if you have it. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • For extra gooey brownies, pull them from the oven 2 minutes early.
  • Coop's Hot Fudge also works beautifully stirred into coffee or drizzled over gluten-free pancakes — just saying.
  • Make it a party: set up a brownie sundae bar with multiple toppings and let guests build their own.
