Easy Fall Baked Brie with Door County Cherry Spread

Easy Fall Baked Brie with Door County Cherry Spread

This easy fall appetizer puts two Wisconsin 26 favorites front and center: Sweetberry Door County Red Cherry Spread and Potter’s Organic Winter Wheat Crackers. Warm brie, tart cherries, and a handful of toasted pecans make a shareable starter that looks festive with almost no prep.

Serves: 6–8 as an appetizer
Prep time: 5 minutes
Bake time: 10–12 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 round brie, about 8 oz
  • 1/3 cup Sweetberry Door County Red Cherry Spread
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 package Potter’s Organic Winter Wheat Crackers, for serving
  • Fresh rosemary, optional garnish

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F. Place the brie in a small oven-safe dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Leave the rind on; it helps hold the warm cheese together.
  2. Spoon the Door County Red Cherry Spread over the top. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the brie feels soft when lightly pressed but is still holding its shape.
  3. Sprinkle with toasted pecans and a little rosemary if using. Set the warm dish on a board and serve right away with Potter’s Winter Wheat Crackers.

Make-ahead tip: Set out the spread, pecans, and crackers before guests arrive. Bake the brie just before serving so it stays warm and scoopable.
