Caramel apple cider chocolate bomb float with vanilla ice cream, marshmallows, caramel and gingersnap crumbs

Caramel Apple Cider Chocolate Bomb Float

A cozy fall dessert drink with the surprise of melting chocolate and marshmallows. This float starts with a Halloween and Fall Apple Cider Chocolate Bomb and finishes with vanilla ice cream, caramel, and gingersnap crunch.

Serves: 1 | Time: About 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Halloween and Fall Apple Cider Chocolate Bomb
  • Hot water, in the amount directed on the bomb's packaging
  • 1 small scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon caramel sauce, or to taste
  • 1 gingersnap cookie, crushed

Directions

  1. Put the chocolate bomb in an oversized heat-safe mug. Add hot water according to the package directions and stir after the chocolate melts and the marshmallows release.
  2. Let the drink cool briefly until comfortably warm, not scalding. Add the scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  3. Drizzle with caramel, sprinkle with crushed gingersnap, and serve immediately with a spoon.

Make it your way: Eat it right away for a float, or stir the ice cream into the cider for a creamy dessert drink.
