Prep time: 10 minutes
Chill time: At least 2 hours
Cook time: None
Ingredients
- 1 packet Wisconsin 26 Spinach Dip Mix
- 1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese (5.2 ounces), softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- Pita chips, for serving
Directions
- Make the creamy base. Place the softened Boursin in a medium bowl. Add the sour cream and mayonnaise, then stir until smooth and well combined.
- Add the spinach dip mix. Stir in the entire packet of Wisconsin 26 Spinach Dip Mix until evenly distributed. Scrape down the sides of the bowl so no dry seasoning remains.
- Chill. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the spinach soften and the flavors develop.
- Serve. Stir again, spoon into a serving bowl, and serve chilled with pita chips on the side.
Make-Ahead & Serving Tips
Make the dip the night before your gathering and keep it covered in the refrigerator until serving. Keep the pita chips separate so they stay crisp. For a colorful snack platter, add cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, or baby carrots alongside the chips.
This version uses ½ cup mayonnaise, as written, with Boursin adding richness to the creamy base. No extra spinach or cooking is needed.
Refrigerate leftovers promptly in a covered container and enjoy within 3–4 days. Keep the dip chilled during serving and discard any that has sat at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
