BLT Dip Stuffed Mini Peppers

Football season is back, and that means one thing: you need a crowd-pleasing appetizer that looks impressive but takes almost no time. These BLT Dip Stuffed Mini Peppers check every box — colorful, creamy, crispy, and completely no-oven-required.

The secret is our BLT Dip Mix, which does all the flavor heavy lifting. Mix it up the night before and assembly takes about 10 minutes.

BLT Dip Stuffed Mini Peppers

Serves: 8–10 | Time: 15 minutes (plus 30 min chill time)

Ingredients

  • 1 packet BLT Dip Mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 lb mini sweet peppers, halved and seeded
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Fresh chives to garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix BLT Dip Mix with softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes for best flavor — overnight is even better.
  2. Halve and seed the mini peppers. They become the perfect little edible bowl.
  3. Pipe or spoon the BLT dip generously into each pepper half.
  4. Top with crumbled bacon and a sprinkle of fresh chives.
  5. Arrange on a platter and serve chilled.

Make-ahead tip: The dip can be made 24 hours in advance. Stuff the peppers up to 2 hours before serving and keep refrigerated.

The sweet crunch of the pepper against the creamy, smoky BLT dip is absolutely addictive — don't say we didn't warn you.
